We gladly refund or exchange your online purchase if unsuitable items are returned to us within 14 days of our despatch date.
Before you return something you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving an item and obtain a Return Authorization Reference number by emailing us at storemilano@120percento.com
Please include your original receipt in the returned parcel. You must write your Return Authorization Reference number on the receipt and outside the parcel. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official reference number will not be accepted. If you prefer, you can contact us by phone and we will be happy to talk you through our returns procedure, simply call 0039- 02-76023394. Returns received after the 14 day time frame will not be accepted and returned to you.
The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used..
It is advisable to send returned items by registered post and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs.
There are no immediate refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, we will file a claim with the carrier. When this is resolved, a refund will be send.
Items on clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.
We will do our best to locate the desired exchange of your online purchase, but cannot guarantee we have the desired item in stock at all times.
The exchange is only possible within 14 days of the shipping confirmation date and in respect of the conditions requested above. If it doesn’t respect the these conditions, the return will be refused.
New shipping charges will apply on all exchanges.
